What is ‘Think with Me’ all about?

Subrata Roy Sahara is someone who does not need any formal introduction. The world has witnessed the way he has made the entire Sahara empire from scratch. There’s a reason why he’s such a successful man and the reason behind that is the way the man thinks and lives his life.

If you have read his earlier book ‘Life Mantra’, you would know that Saharasri is a highly positive man. His outlook on life and its ups & downs is very different from a regular person. That’s the difference between him and a man still struggling to earn a living.

In ‘Think with Me’, Saharasri talks about the problems India is facing in becoming an ideal country. These problems are mostly to do with areas such as the political leadership, overpopulation, education system, the religion and media degrading etc.

What I loved about the book is that Mr Roy has shared his in-depth view over each problem and tried to make his readers understand what exactly is happening in our country and how we can possibly fix it and make India a very good country, an ideal one so living here becomes easier. If you’re a concerned citizen and often find yourself wondering what could make India a better place to live in, then ‘Think with Me’ by Subrata Roy Sahara is a book that will interest you a lot.

You will not only get to understand the problem in detail but will also understand how running a country is not an easy job and how important it is for us to fix problems such as overpopulation and illiteracy. Because only when we will have a country with more literate people, who can think rationally and reasonably, we will have a smarter and more successful nation.

I highly recommend ‘Think with Me’ to all the Indians, as it is the citizens who can come together and help India be a better nation!

Why I want to read Saharasri’s ‘Think with Me’

After reading ‘Life Mantras’ by Mr Subrata Roy Sahara, I am a changed person. With all the situation that he has been into and he has still maintained such a positive attitude towards life, I am truly impressed and inspired by Mr Roy! This is my reason one for wanting to read ‘Think with Me’.

Besides this, I consider myself as a concerned citizen of India, and I work hard and pay taxes, yet I see the country only going down the drain and not progressing at all. If at all, there is any progress, it is slow as a snail or as invisible as the wind. I totally fail to understand what is going on, I am reading about other countries becoming a powerful nation and don’t get me wrong, I read about India progressing too, launching new satellites and making powerful nuclear ammunitions BUT what about the common man like me? Our life is only becoming tougher and tougher, the roads aren’t smooth, the public transport is always over-crowded and getting in good education institute is almost getting next to impossible.

So, after ‘Life Mantras’, I have been looking forward to its sequel that is named as ‘Think with Me’. Saharasri is an extremely intelligent man, and this very intelligence and his reasoning skills have made him the man that he is and build an empire this big. I wanted to know how he thinks we can make India a better country and I literally want to ‘Think with him’. He has discussed the fundamentals of making India an ideal country, along with issues such population, education system, media and religion, electoral system & leadership.

I am sure, Mr Roy would’ve discussed these in minute details and the book will give me a fresh perspective on why India isn’t getting better for the common public and how to make it better.

A gist of ‘Think with Me’ by Saharasri

Subrata Roy Sahara needs no introduction, the world has seen him grow into the successful businessman that he is and in spite of all his success, he has still managed to remain one of the humblest people you will ever come across. What makes him stay so humble and positive in life is not a secret, he has written a book on it called “Life Mantras”, which has been a bestseller for a while too.

So, after ‘Life Mantra’ comes ‘Think with Me’, a book from Saharasri’s trilogy. In ‘Think with Me’, he basically focuses on how to make India, our country an ideal one. We all know how our country is facing problems of various types, be it education, the religion and media degrading, political leadership, over population, etc. We often end up wondering what is it that we can actually do to make India a more livable place. Doubts like is the democracy really not helping India become better? Why aren’t we progressing in spite of so many efforts in the form of schemes, bills, laws etc.? Why aren’t our leaders able to do anything to fix the situation and make our country better?

Many young adults are indulging in a phenomenon known as ‘Brain Drain’, because the overall lifestyle and stand of living in our country is deteriorating with time as opposed to other countries which are only getting bigger and better. This is definitely not going to do our country any good as if you understand the situation, the brightest and most intelligent people are educating themselves from India and when it is time to use this very education and intelligence, they prefer to settle down in another country, adding to their grown and overall improvement.

‘Think with Me’ is more of an eye-opener for many and even if there will be some thoughts that you may not agree with, but the overall book is something every concerned citizen of India will agree with.

Subrata Roy’s success at being positive

When it comes to naming multi-faceted personalities, there are many who would say that Subrata Roy is a name that pops up in their mind almost instantly. It’s an unconventional choice but it is also a choice with merits because Subrata Roy is a man that has built a multi-billion dollar empire through sheer hard work, resilience and dedication. Along the way (and more importantly), Subrata Roy has built a loyal workforce/family that looks upon him with the utmost respect.

Life as we know, is not always a bed of roses and we all have problems to deal with and proverbial mountains to climb. Most of us in that phase of our lives tend to divert our energies into something negative.  Some of has however choose to channel our energies into something positive and Subrata Roy has done exactly that by writing a series of books from his present ‘lodging’, the first of which is called ‘Life Mantras’.

‘Life Mantras’ consists of Subrata Roy’s earnest musings on the important qualities and things in life. Some of these qualities and things are things like balance, love, respect, the value of time and money. Time and money have been explained in detail by Mr Subrata Roy who seems to hold both of them in equal and high regard. He is after all bound to have some things to say about what it takes to be successful in life in almost all areas. That is truly the crux of this beautiful book – attaining success in not just one but all the important spheres.

One of the main things that Mr Subrata talks about in this book is respect. He goes into detail about respect for specific things like time and money along with love and family. And he also has tips for maintaining a beautiful balance among all of those things.
