Subrata Roy Sahara, founder and chairman of the Sahara group,
popularly known as 'Saharasri' will be releasing his book ‘Life Mantras’, the
first of the trilogy 'Thoughts from Tihar' nationwide today.
Saharasri has been serving his sentence in New Delhi’s Tihar jail
since March 2014. Despite finding himself in legal tangles he doesn’t seem to
be bogged down by the ongoing troubles around him.
He seems to have channelized all his energies into introspecting
and either completing unfinished writing work or writing new thought provoking
books and be headed on the path to enlightenment.
The book “Life Mantras’ talks about the philosophies that
Saharasri himself has followed all throughout his life and various recollections
of precious life experiences from this fierce business tycoon’s life. Be it his
philosophy of Collective Materialism or his belief in hard work, honesty and discipline
that is required to make life beautiful, productive and progressive, the book
has it all.
This book talks about the qualities you need to inculcate in
yourself to ensure that your life is beautiful and about how to face life in
the wake of hardships and hurdles. Through his book, Saharasri talks about ways
of dealing with obstacles on a wide range of issues – love, respect, knowledge,
hard work, inner self, behaviour, health, motivation and so on.
Subrata Roy Sahara, in this book, goes on to explain that to make
life truly beautiful, one also needs to understand the basic truths with which
we are born with. In other words, one needs to be aware of the realities of
life. As one indulges oneself in the potent energy of these ‘Life Mantras’, a
change will be seen visibly, a sense of fufilment, one will be surrounded with
a self-motivating energy. The book talks about how one will be led to the
ultimate realization that the journey of life is indeed a truly blissful and an
enlightening experience. This is
quintessential for anyone seeking peace and success, professionally and personally.
Will Saharasri be able to take the country by storm with this new
beacon on knowledge? Only time will tell.
